I spent this morning brainstorming with my friend Ian. He runs a number of offline businesses, one of which provides consultancy to other small-medium businesses wanting to leverage technology like CRM which is more traditionally the domain of the big enterprises.
We discussed online promotion of offline businesses. I argued that it was no different to promoting an online business so long as you captured the lead in an autoresponder.
