1) Neil just released http://www.sitemapgrabber.com/. It does what it says. Not perfect yet (doesn’t follow redirects nicely and doesn’t seem to pick up every single link on a page) but it couldn’t be easier to use and doubtless Neil will get his coder to iron out the bugs pretty sharpish.
