Copy the code to your clipboard and paste (ctrl + v) it into your HTML page where you want your email address to appear. Whilst the email address will look normal to human visitors (assuming they have javascript enabled on their browser,) it will be very difficult for an address harvesting robot to read the address, and you find you receive much less spam as a result!
