If you're thinking of ReTweeting someone, check what percentage of your followers also follow that person.
If most (or all) of your followers already follow the person you're thinking of RT'ing, you might not want to bother.
If few, or none, of your followers already follow the person you're thinking of RT'ing, your RT might be particularly powerful.
